Council of Ministers Decisions

1. According to Article 57(4) of the Constitution, if a Decision is enforceable and no right of veto or return has been exercised, such decision shall be forthwith promulgated by the President of the Republic by publication in the official Gazette of the Republic unless the Council of Ministers otherwise states in that Decision. Therefore, not all Council Decisions are published in the official Gazette.

2. The Council Decisions that are listed in the website of the Secretariat are also published in the official Gazette, Part I, Annex IV.
